Ningbo Hicon Industry and Ningbo Research Institute of Dalian University of Technology held a signing ceremony for cooperation and doctoral innovation station on 20th Dec., announcing the establishment of a joint research center for artificial environment technology, thus starting a strategic cooperation.

In the future, Hicon and Dalian University of Technology Ningbo Research Institute will carry out in-depth industry-university-research integration and collaborative innovation cooperation: transforming scientific and technological achievements and progressing industrialization; targeting the cutting-edge trends, tackling difficulties; training the R & D personnel, to cooperate in declaring and implementing major research projects at or above the Ningbo municipal level, jointly publishing papers and applying for patents; to cooperate in building post-doctoral workstations on both sides and together training post-doctoral researchers, so as to achieve complementary advantages, resource sharing, integration of production and research, collaborative innovation and win-win development. In the near future, the two will research "heat pipe phase change energy-saving cooling technology and the heat transfer mechanism of new high-efficiency silk tube heat exchanger and its industrial application".
