The unit is an automated central air-conditioning product, which normally does not need to be guarded. If effectively maintained, its reliability and life span will improve; so it is recommended to have dedicated personnel to operate.
(1) The set has been adjusted by our professional engineers to the best working condition; please do not change the set parameters without instruction.
(2) Keep records daily, especially phenomena, time and working conditions when trouble occurs, helping with the analysis and inspection of faults.
(3) The unit shall not run with trouble. Any abnormal conditions spotted, stop and deal with them in time.
(4) Frequent operation on the switches is strictly prohibited. The compressor should be turned on and off less than 6 times/hour, and each time should be more than 5 minutes. If frequently turned on and off, the compressor will get damaged.
(5) The main circuit power switch must be kept on during use to keep the compressor oil heater running normally.
(6) A full machine check should be carried out once a month with the following items:
a. Whether the fastening bolts of the electrical terminals are loose.
b. Whether the moving parts of the unit run normally and are no abnormal noise.
c. Whether the pressure parameters are within normal range.
d. Whether the running current of each motor and the insulation resistance are normal.
e. Whether the filter outlet frosts. If so, the filter should be replaced.
