(1) Check whether sufficient space is left for maintenance.
(2) Check whether all wiring is solid and reliable.
(3) Check whether the power supply is consistent with the unit nameplate requirements.
(4) Check whether the fuses, power cords and air switches are of the correct specifications.
(5) Check whether the on-site wiring meets the requirements of the unit's circuit diagram and check the schematic diagram on the back of the unit's electrical control box.
(6) Check the electrical safety: when the insulation resistance is less than 2 megohms, it is necessary to check several times to find the cause.
(7) Check whether the unit has good and reliable grounding PE.
(8) Check whether the electric wire touches the hot refrigerant pipe.
(9) Check whether there is any refrigerant leakage, such as bubbling or oil stains.
(10) Check whether the compressor oil level is normal; preheat the compressor lubricant for more than 12 hours.
(11) Remove the damper shield installed on the fan. Check the fan and motor assembly, to see if its damper and flexible connection device are able to operate freely.
(12) Tighten the V-belt of the fan, and adjust the belt tension in the centre of the tape with fingertip pressure to have proper elasticity.
(13) Clear all debris in the air duct, adjust all fire dampers to the right position, and check the sealing condition of each pipeline and the lubrication of each rotating part.
(13) Remove all debris from the ducts, set all fire dampers to normal position, and check the sealing of the pipelines and the lubrication of the rotating parts.
(14) Check whether the condensate tray drainage outlet is clear and unobstructed for drainage.
(15) Check the installation: whether the initial-, medium- and high- effect filters (plate or bag structure) are embedded in the correct way.
