(1) The installation position should:
①The ground should be flat and firm.
②Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources.
③A low-humidity, well-ventilated environment with a working temperature under 45°C.
④Easy connection of power supply and oil pipe;
⑤Environment with less dust and oil mist.
⑥No items should be stacked within 0.5m of the oil inlet and outlet holes.
(2) Oil pipe pressure
① Oil suction side -30~0KPa (vacuum);
② No unnecessary parts should be added to the oil circuit system
③The pipeline connection should be sealed to prevent air infiltration and loss of oil.
(3) Oil inlet filter
An oil suction filter must be attached to the oil suction port; the total resistance of the oil suction pipe and filter should not be over 30KPa. Because the impurities retained in the oil circuit will not only reduce the refrigeration capacity but also cause the failure of the compressor and oil pump.
