(1) Mechanical cleaning
Mechanical cleaning is mainly used to remove dust and other substances on the finned heat exchanger, using a round nylon brush or brass brush (hold the rod) to brush the fins inside and out. Flush the finned heat exchanger with clean water or compressed air, and the compressor junction box, fan motor junction box, and control box need waterproof protection.
(2) Chemical cleaning
If there are oil stains on the fins, it is necessary to use chemical cleaning. Only cleaning chemicals from a reliable source are suitable. Special attention should be paid to the amount of chemical usage and the rinse and neutralisation process is not excludable. When cleaning, the compressor junction box, fan motor junction box, control box, etc. also need waterproof protection.
