Corrosion-Resistant Air Conditioner
Hisurp Corrosion-Resistant Air Conditioner is a type of air conditioning system designed to be enhanced for corrosive environments (especially marine, chemical, salt spray, and high humidity environments).

Earthquake-Resistant Air Conditioner
Based on the design concept of "prevention first", Hisurp earthquake-resistant air conditioner uses a series of advanced measures that exceed conventional standards to minimize the risk of damage to the air conditioning system caused by earthquakes, and ensure environmental control and business continuity in critical locations.

Magnetic-Resistant Air Conditioner
Hisurp Magnetic-Resistant Air Conditioner is an industrial air conditioner designed specifically for strong magnetic field environments. Through a multi-layer shielding system, it ensures stable and durable operation of the unit in a magnetic field environment of ≥2000GS.
Meets stringent seismic standards: Qualified seismic-resistant air conditioning units must pass relevant national or international seismic testing standards certification. For example, Chinese standards may refer to the "Code for Seismic Design of Buildings" and conduct shaking table tests simulating specific earthquake intensities (such as magnitude 7/8/9) to ensure their performance.
The main structural components of the unit, such as the base, side panels, and top cover, are all made of thickened, high-strength steel or special alloys.
Key connection points are reinforced with triangular ribs and other structural reinforcements, significantly improving the overall rigidity and torsional resistance of the unit, preventing twisting, deformation, or disintegration during earthquakes.
This is one of the most significant features. The unit is typically equipped with a very robust steel base, whose thickness and strength far exceed those of ordinary units.
The base has pre-drilled reinforced anchor bolt holes that meet seismic design specifications, used to firmly fix the unit to the building structure (such as the ground or roof).
The compressor is the heart of the air conditioner and one of its heaviest components. Seismic-resistant units provide double or even triple reinforcement for the compressor:
High-strength damping springs or rubber pads: Absorb daily vibrations and some seismic energy.
Seismic-resistant tie rods/limiters: Directly connect the compressor to the base frame, allowing for minor vibrations but limiting its displacement under large swaying, preventing tipping or pipe breakage.
The fan motor and impeller are also reinforced to ensure they will not detach or collide with the volute under severe shaking, thus ensuring unobstructed airflow and equipment safety.
Refrigerant piping: Uses flexible connections or allows sufficient seismic margin to prevent copper pipe breakage due to rigid pulling caused by unit deformation.
Electrical Connections: Uses seismic-resistant terminals; wires and cables have slack and are secured with cable ties to prevent pull-out and short circuits.
The finned heat exchangers (evaporator and condenser) are firmly fixed in the frame to prevent the fins from tilting due to shaking, which would affect the heat exchange efficiency.
| Feature Category | Specific Measures | Purpose |
| Structural Design | Thickened steel plates, reinforcing ribs, dedicated seismic base | To ensure the unit's main frame remains intact and does not collapse or overturn during an earthquake. |
| Component Reinforcement | Compressor restraint rods, fan limiters, flexible piping connections | To prevent displacement, collision, and damage to internal critical components. |
| Functional Safety | Seismic sensors, automatic shutdown, post-earthquake self-check | To provide active protection, ensure operational safety, and enable a quick return to service. |
