The Zk series modular air conditioning unit features a direct assembly structure for its cabinet panels. The panels are connected via tongue-and-groove clamps and bolts, forming a frame that ensures cabinet strength. The panel frame boasts a uniquely designed high-strength structure, with an outer ivory-white color steel plate and an inner galvanized steel plate (aluminized zinc plate or stainless steel plate are available upon request). High-density flame-retardant polyurethane foam is used in the middle, providing excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance while maintaining panel strength and preventing cabinet deformation under high static pressure. Three panel thicknesses are available (25mm, 35mm, 50mm).
The unit has a pre-reserved mixing space to ensure uniform and thorough mixing of fresh and return air.
The position and size of the fresh and return air inlets, as well as the length of the mixing section, can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
Optional fresh and round air valves can be added to adjust the fresh and round air ratio.
The air distribution adjustment section controls the ratio of fresh, return, and exhaust air through the opening degree of the air valves to achieve optimal design. The air valve uses a split-blade design with a manually controlled linkage. An electric air valve can be configured upon request. The valve's dimensions are designed based on an air velocity of Bm/s to ensure that the noise generated by the air valve does not exceed the unit's noise level.
The filter section meets GB/T14295-93 standards for its unit area mass, resistance, mechanical properties, antistatic characteristics, hygroscopicity, flame retardancy, and filtration efficiency; the inlet cross-section air velocity uniformity is greater than 80%. The filter installation uses a frame structure with inspection doors/panels for easy filter replacement.

Activated carbon filters are made of various organic carbonized fibers and are mainly used to remove gaseous pollutants from the air (such as annoying odors, corrosive gases, and toxic gases), effectively improving indoor air quality (IAQ). Conventional filters must be used before and after the activated carbon filter. The front filter needs protection to prevent dust from clogging the microporous structure of the activated carbon, and the rear filter needs protection to prevent possible activated carbon powder contamination of the ventilation system.
Self-cleaning cartridge HEPA filters are mainly suitable for air-conditioned workshops with high dust generation, such as cigarette manufacturing and packaging workshops. The self-cleaning method of cartridge filters uses compressed air for backflushing. When dust accumulates on the surface of the filter cartridge and the pressure difference across the filter reaches a set value, the pressure difference controller sends a signal to release compressed air to blow out the dust accumulated on the filter cartridge, achieving automatic dust removal.
The cooling and heating coils utilize high-quality copper tubing and specially designed corrugated aluminum fins, manufactured using OAK heat exchanger equipment from the USA, ensuring high heat transfer efficiency and minimal contact heat. The fins are 9-13 per inch. The water collection pipe is seamless steel, with an vent at the top and a drain at the bottom; all connections are standard-specification steel pipes. Supply and return water pipes and condensate pipes are located on the same side of the unit for easy on-site piping connections. Various specifications and materials of baffles can be added according to customer requirements, providing multiple airflow directions to ensure a water flow rate of less than 0.4g/kg dry air. The water collection tray is made of powder-coated steel plate with a flame-retardant insulation material on the outer surface to prevent condensation. The water tray slopes towards the drain, with a flow guide groove at the bottom and a drain pipe at the lowest point for rapid and effective condensate drainage.
The heating coil can be fitted with either copper or hydrophilic aluminum fins; the coil end plate and water tray can be made of stainless steel; the supply and return water pipes can be made of stainless steel or copper; the heating coil can also be made of steel pipe with steel fins, stainless steel pipe with stainless steel fins, stainless steel pipe with aluminum fins, or steel pipe with aluminum fins, etc., according to customer needs.
