The HISURP plant cultivation air conditioner is designed for edible fungi and controlled agricultural production. It is suitable for king oyster mushroom, shimeji mushroom, maitake, enoki mushroom, black fungus, button mushroom, straw mushroom, oyster mushroom, shiitake mushroom, termite mushroom, flower cultivation and vegetable greenhouse planting.
Unlike a comfort air conditioner, a plant cultivation unit controls the growth environment around the crop. It can integrate ventilation, humidity control, temperature control, fresh air, CO₂ concentration, air purification, cultivation stage timing and process control.
Temperature accuracy can reach approximately **±0.5°C to ±1°C**, helping avoid crop stress caused by temperature fluctuation.
The unit can perform cooling dehumidification, heating, humidification or combined control according to crop requirements.
Mushroom growth is sensitive to CO₂ concentration. The system can regulate fresh air and CO₂ according to different cultivation phases.
The system can support 8 product categories and 6 growth stages for each category. Parameters for every stage can be set independently, including air temperature, material temperature, humidity, CO₂ concentration and duration.
The compressor can operate across a wide frequency range, with smooth stepless adjustment. Combined with adaptive control technology, the system can match real load changes more accurately and reduce unnecessary energy consumption.
The unit supports intelligent control, fault diagnosis and alarm functions. Standard wired controllers, large LCD text display, centralized group control interface, remote dry contact interface, fire alarm input, fault interface and optional RS485 communication port can be configured.
HISURP air cooled heat exchangers are suitable for flower horticulture, greenhouses, vegetable seedling cultivation, livestock breeding, aquaculture and workshop temperature control. The unit can use chilled water for cooling or hot water for heating, making it practical for agricultural facilities that already have a water-side energy system.
- Anti-corrosion structure:fan fixing plates and drain pans use galvanized sheet with powder coating for better corrosion resistance.
- High heat exchange efficiency: copper tube with hydrophilic corrugated aluminum fin structure and mechanical tube expansion improve heat transfer.
- Low noise operation: options include external rotor axial fans, EC axial fans and centrifugal fans depending on airflow and noise requirements.
- Cooling and heating common use: the unit can connect to chilled water or hot water.
- Flexible forms: direct blowing type, ducted type, exposed type and exposed ducted type can be selected.
Installation should be performed by trained professionals. The unit must be fixed firmly and kept level. Flexible pipe connection is recommended for water inlet and outlet, and torque should not exceed 205.6 Nm to avoid twisting and leakage. Before wiring, voltage, frequency and phase should be checked, with recommended voltage deviation within 10% of the rated voltage.
HISURP granary air conditioners are designed for grain warehouse temperature control. They solve three major problems that ordinary air conditioners face in grain storage: phosphine corrosion during fumigation, dust impact during grain loading and unloading, and moisture loss caused by excessive dehumidification.
Special anti-corrosion coatings reduce phosphine corrosion. Motors are sealed, lead wire areas are resin-sealed, and control circuits can be placed outdoors where corrosive gases are less likely to contact them. Temperature sensors can be coated with high anti-corrosion material.
The design uses large airflow and large heat exchangers. Test data indicates that approximately **90%** of the cooling capacity can be directly used for air temperature reduction, while ordinary AC units may only reach about **65–70%** sensible heat ratio. This helps reduce grain moisture loss while lowering warehouse temperature.
For a standard grain warehouse width of **24 meters**, HISURP granary air conditioners adopt guided jet outlet design. Effective air supply distance can reach around **16 meters**, and the limit distance can reach about **24 meters**, helping achieve uniform temperature distribution.
Low-temperature grain storage generally controls grain temperature at **10–15°C**. This suppresses grain respiration, insect activity and mold growth. Storage insects are active at **15–35°C**, with the most suitable reproduction temperature around **27–32°C**. When grain temperature drops below **17°C**, pests cannot develop quickly; at **8–15°C**, insect activity is greatly reduced.
For airtight nitrogen storage, HISURP can provide controlled atmosphere granary air conditioners. The evaporator side can adopt a highly sealed structure. Under **500 Pa nitrogen pressure holding test**, the pressure attenuation rate within 24 hours can be **≤50%**, which ordinary air conditioners cannot achieve.
The HISURP grain cooler conditions ambient air through filtration, cooling and humidity adjustment, then sends air with suitable temperature and humidity into the warehouse. It is suitable for vertical silos, shallow round warehouses, flat warehouses and different types of grain and oilseed storage, including rice, wheat, corn and oil crops.

The grain cooling process is clear: ambient air passes through filters, enters the evaporator for cooling, becomes cold and humid air, then passes through reheating and humidity adjustment. Finally, a variable-frequency centrifugal fan sends air with the set temperature and humidity into the warehouse. The PLC system automatically controls supply air conditions.
