1.How to know if chiller is working

1. Check Operating Data Parameters Observe the real-time data on the chiller intelligent control panel, including chilled water inlet and outlet temperature, cooling water temperature, system pressure and operating current. Stable and fluctuating-normal parameter values mean the water-cooled scroll chiller is in normal working condition. If the data is abnormal or exceeds the standard range, the equipment may have hidden faults.

2. Observe Equipment Operating State Check the overall operation of the unit, compressor and water pump. Normally operating chillers run smoothly with uniform and low noise, no abnormal vibration, no harsh friction sound or loud impact sound. Meanwhile, check the water circulation status to confirm smooth water flow without blockage, which is a key sign of normal operation.

3. Verify Cooling Effect The most intuitive judgment standard is the actual cooling performance. After the equipment runs stably for 10-15 minutes, detect the temperature change of circulating water. If the water temperature drops steadily and reaches the set cooling temperature efficiently, the chiller works normally and meets the operational requirements of industrial and commercial scenarios.

3. Quality Requirements:

*Strict Control of Core Components: All water cooled scroll chillers are sourced from well-known domestic and international brands. For example, compressors are from Daikin, Panasonic, Copeland, Sanyo, and Bitzer. A list of core component specifications is attached.

*Upon arrival of externally sourced parts, dedicated quality inspectors verify the basic product information, checking appearance, dimensions, etc. Once confirmed correct, they are registered and put into storage. Any issues are documented and returned to the manufacturer.

*During production, patrol inspectors provide real-time feedback on process requirements.

*After product completion, performance testing is conducted. All products leaving the factory undergo identical testing and adjustments. Only after confirming no issues are found can shipment be prepared.

*After preparation, final inspection personnel conduct a thorough check, including appearance, performance, leaks, and proper operation. Once everything is confirmed correct, a CQ certificate is issued, and a QC mark is affixed to the unit before shipment.
