Shielding Principle
Material Shielding
Utilizing high-permeability materials such as iron and nickel to absorb and guide magnetic fields, reducing magnetic
field penetration (for low-frequency electromagnetic fields).
Utilizing high-conductivity materials such as copper and aluminum to exert a skin effect on magnetic fields (for
high-frequency electromagnetic fields).
Structural Shielding
Improving shielding effectiveness through proper design of shielding layer thickness and gaps, ensuring the internal
components of the equipment are not affected by magnetic field interference.
Grounding Shielding
Grounding the shielding body, utilizing the earth as a magnetic field loop, reduces the impact of magnetic fields on
internal equipment.

Independent Electrical Control Box
Utilizing a fully enclosed metal control box, it forms a Faraday cage effect, effectively shielding against external
magnetic field interference.
EMI Filter
All incoming and outgoing lines are transitioned using EMI filters to suppress high-frequency interference and ensure
stable signal transmission.
Grounding System
An independent shielded grounding terminal is provided, separate from the equipment's main grounding system. The
grounding resistance is ≤0.1Ω to ensure effective grounding.
