A correct selection should consider more than cabinet dimensions. Please review the following points before ordering:
1. Estimate internal heat load List the power consumption of PLCs, servo drives, inverters, transformers, power supplies and other heat-generating components.
2. Confirm maximum ambient temperature If the cabinet is installed near furnaces, hot machines, outdoor containers or enclosed production spaces, select additional cooling margin.
3. Check cabinet sealing The cabinet should be an independent closed space. Door seals, cable holes and unused openings should be inspected before installation.
4. Reserve side clearance Make sure the side-mounted unit does not interfere with machine doors, safety fences, operator passages or neighboring equipment.
5. Plan condensate drainage Condensate must be drained safely. If no drainage pipe is available, choose a water tank option.
6. Consider maintenance frequency In dusty or oily factories, the condenser-side filter should be cleaned regularly. A blocked filter reduces heat exchange efficiency and increases system load.
