The HISURP plant cultivation air conditioning system is designed for environments such as mushroom houses, plant factories, seedling cultivation rooms, sterile cultivation spaces and intelligent growing cabins. It can integrate ventilation, temperature control, humidity control, fresh air control, CO₂ concentration control, air purification, cultivation stage setting and time-based control.
It is widely suitable for factory production of king oyster mushroom, shimeji mushroom, maitake, enoki mushroom, black fungus, button mushroom, straw mushroom, oyster mushroom, shiitake mushroom, termite mushroom, flower cultivation and vegetable greenhouse planting.
High-precision environmental control Temperature control accuracy can reach approximately ±0.5°C to ±1°C, helping prevent plant stress caused by temperature fluctuation.
Humidity management for disease prevention The system can support cooling dehumidification, heating and humidification according to growth requirements. Mushrooms require CO₂, high humidity and multi-stage temperature control. Flowers and vegetable seedlings usually need stable airflow, cooling, heating and humidity balance. Livestock and aquaculture spaces may focus more on ventilation, heat removal and air circulation.
A mushroom room may require 97–99% RH during spawn running and 86–88% RH during harvesting. A seedling greenhouse may need lower humidity to reduce disease pressure. Different targets require different coil design, airflow and control logic.
For year-round greenhouse production, cooling, heating and dehumidification are often required. HISURP can provide air-source cooling/heating units or water-side heat exchanger solutions depending on your energy system.
If your project involves mushrooms or sealed plant factories, CO₂ and fresh air control are essential. If your greenhouse is naturally ventilated, an air cooled heat exchanger may be more suitable for internal air circulation and temperature adjustment.
