Corrosion-Resistant Air Conditioner
Hisurp Corrosion-Resistant Air Conditioner is a type of air conditioning system designed to be enhanced for corrosive environments (especially marine, chemical, salt spray, and high humidity environments).

Earthquake-Resistant Air Conditioner
Based on the design concept of "prevention first", Hisurp earthquake-resistant air conditioner uses a series of advanced measures that exceed conventional standards to minimize the risk of damage to the air conditioning system caused by earthquakes, and ensure environmental control and business continuity in critical locations.

Magnetic-Resistant Air Conditioner
Hisurp Magnetic-Resistant Air Conditioner is an industrial air conditioner designed specifically for strong magnetic field environments. Through a multi-layer shielding system, it ensures stable and durable operation of the unit in a magnetic field environment of ≥2000GS.
There are three types of HISURP split crane air conditioners:
For split floor-standing crane air conditioners, HISURP has B series, suitable for cabins where has sufficient floor space.
For split wall-mounted crane air conditioners, HISURP has BD/BG series, similar in appearance, with a slanted surface and compact size. Special attention is required for BG/BD installation (due to the different positions of the drip pans; refrigerant evaporation can cause condensation).
For split ceiling crane air conditioners, HISURP has BX series, which is typically placed in the center of the ceiling, with air outlet at the bottom and return air at the front and back sides.

Cooling Capacity: 4~24kW
Heating Capacity: 3~10kW
Refrigerant: R134a, R142b, R227ea, R515B, R236fa
Power Supply: AC380/400/440-3PH-50Hz/60Hz
Working Condition of Cooling: ambient DB temperature: 45°C; indoor DB/WB are 30/24°C
Copper Pipes: needed
A. Confirm whether the installation position facilitates connection of copper tubes and electrical wiring;
B. Ensure the flatness, horizontality and sufficient strength of foundation and connect outdoor unit to mounting feet with 4-M12 bolts, nuts and spring washers;
C. Indoor unit easily tumbles since it is high and thin, so it must be connected securely to the back panel of driver’s cab through the integrated mounting place for the unit;
D. The unit should be not mounted somewhere exposed to water drop, or it may cause electric shock or leakage;
E. Check interfaces are closed before installation of refrigerant tubes and keep the rear interface closed during inserting tubes and no dust or water inside tubes;
F. Indoor and outdoor units are connected to shutoff valves with the sockets of refrigerant copper tubes at the corresponding dimension Φ1/2” for liquid line and Φ3/4” for gas line. The standard length is 5m. If it must be elongated, user must give special notice when placing an order;
G. Copper tubes must be extremely carefully connected to bends in case they are squashed. A pipe-bending apparatus is recommended for this operation. The bend radius is (R) ≥70mm. Bending should be not repeated in case tubes are cracked or broken;
H. The indoor and outdoor screwed connections of both ends of tubes must be secure and tight (screwed). Welding must be guaranteed to have flat welding seam and be free from leakage;
I. 25kg/cm2 nitrogen is injected in low-pressure service valve and soap water is evenly applied on the connections or welding seams of copper tubes for leakage detection. If no nitrogen comes out of low-pressure service valve, vacuum pumping will be started. If any leakage is discovered, it must be eliminated after releasing nitrogen and then leakage detection is performed again;
J. If no water seal bend is placed inside the unit, the water seal of bend should placed at the outlet of indoor unit in order to smoothly discharge condensed water. Drainage tubes must be mounted at the place lower than the water pan of the unit;
K. All the wires and cables must be connected correctly and securely according to the schematic diagram of wiring supplied together with the unit, and it is definitely forbidden to have cables scratched or squashed by pressing line plate, etc.
L. Power supply lines are inserted through the inlet of power supply and control line as shown in the outline drawing, and then connected to terminals “L1、L2、L3” and PE. Other lines should be laid in the same direction as power supply line, as detailed in the circuit diagram. All the cables must be dressed with metallic hose when passing through routing holes, and tightly tied with ribbons.
M. Copper conductors of appropriate diameters are selected according to the following table of electric wiring for air-conditioner and connected in line with the circuit diagram supplied along with the unit.

N. After connecting tubes, wires and drainage tubes are installed, ribbons are used to bind copper tubes, wires and drainage tubes at the clearance of 200mm-300mm. The connecting tubes must be ensured to have good heat insulation, as high temperature of exposed copper tubes may damage connecting wires and drainage tubes.
O. The electric cover and air-intake lattice of indoor unit must be placed well. The panel of outdoor unit is placed back. The unit is electrified and put into the test of cooling operation (for 20-30min). If any vibration, leakage or abnormal failure, etc. occurs, it must be solved immediately. Moreover, how to use an air-conditioner must be taught to user.
P. If the unit is equipped with phase-failure and anti-phase protectors, it is necessary to check whether power supply is correctly connected in accordance with relevant local regulations (e.g. National Electrical Code). Voltage should be no more than ±15% of rated voltage;
Q. If where the unit is mounted is exposed to serious radiation from the sources of high temperature, user is required to place baffles between the sources and the unit.

Heat exchanger corrosion protection options include: painting; electrophoresis; nano-electrophoresis; copper tube aluminum fins. The image below shows a schematic diagram of electrophoresis.
Sheet metal corrosion protection options include: painting (standard C3); galvanized sheet electrophoresis + painting; and stainless steel. The image below shows a schematic diagram of stainless steel.
HISURP Split Crane Air Conditioners have CNEX certificate.
BT4 is primarily suitable for Zone 2 hazardous gas areas, with a maximum surface temperature not exceeding 135°C (more commonly used).
CT4 is suitable for both Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous gas areas, also with a maximum surface temperature not exceeding 135°C.
And HISURP can either of them.
