What is Energy Storage Air Conditioner ?

What are test items for Energy Storage Air Conditioners before shipping to customers ?

①Appearance

a) The black metal parts of air conditioner shall undergo anti-corrosion treatment;

b) The surface of electroplated parts should be smooth with uniform color, and free of defects such as peeling, exposed base, pinholes, obvious spots and scratches;

c) The surface of painted parts should be smooth with uniform coating and color, and free of obvious defects or damages such as bubbles, flow marks and wrinkles, as well as holidays and exposed primer;

d) The decorative plastic parts shall have flat and smooth surface in uniform color, and be free of defects such as cracks, bubbles, and visible holes.

②Electrical strength

Apply a test voltage of 1,250V between live parts and accessible parts of the air-conditioner for 1min, and there shall be no breakdown or flashover.

③Leakage current

For stationary-mounted air conditioner, the leakage current shall not be greater than 2mA/kW rated input power.

For air conditioner easily accessible to the public, the maximum leakage current shall not be greater than 10mA. For air conditioner not easily accessible to the public, the maximum leakage current shall not be greater than 30mA.

④Grounding device

Air-conditioner shall be equipped with the protective grounding device that meets the specified requirements. Except the purpose of grounding protection, the protective grounding terminal shall not be used for other purposes. The grounding resistance for testing shall not exceed 0.1 Ω.

⑤Cooling system sealing

When testing, each part of cooling system shall be free of refrigerant leakage.

⑥Test running

There shall be no abnormality during the test run of air conditioner, and the safety protection device shall not act.

⑦Nominal air flow

The measured nominal air flow of air-conditioner shall not be lower than 90% of explicit value (6500 m3/h), i.e. ≥5850 m3/h.

⑧External static pressure

Measured value of the unit.

⑨Nominal cooling capacity

The measured nominal cooling capacity of air-conditioner shall not be lower than 95% of explicit value (26.00 kW), i.e. ≥24.7 kW.

⑩Nominal cooling power consumption

The measured nominal cooling power consumption of air-conditioner shall not be higher than 110% of explicit value (10.6kW), i.e. ≤11.66kW.
