Chilled Water Type uses chilled water for heat exchange and pairs with a separate chiller. DX AHU relies on direct refrigerant evaporation without a water loop.

Chilled Water air handling unit features excellent part-load efficiency, ideal for large buildings. DX AHU is compact, easy to install, better for small spaces with simpler demands.
