Air-cooled condensers must handle marine air, which is humid and salt-laden. HISURP air-side heat exchangers are designed with anti-corrosion considerations, including suitable tube-and-fin structures and marine surface treatment. The goal is to improve resistance to salt mist while maintaining heat transfer performance.
Ship motion creates lubrication risk for compressors. HISURP marine configurations consider inclination and rolling conditions.
