Hisurp Magnetic-Resistant Air Conditioner is an industrial air conditioner designed specifically for strong magnetic field environments. Through a multi-layer shielding system, it ensures stable and durable operation of the unit in a magnetic field environment of ≥2000GS.
The outdoor finned heat exchanger acts as the condenser, and the indoor finned heat exchanger acts as the evaporator. The high-temperature refrigerant gas discharged from the compressor is condensed into liquid in the outdoor finned heat exchanger. After being throttled and depressurized by the expansion valve, it becomes a low-temperature gas-liquid mixture and flows into the indoor finned heat exchanger. After absorbing heat and evaporating, it returns to the compressor, completing one refrigeration cycle. At the same time, the return air (or fresh air) from the room is cooled down after passing through the indoor finned heat exchanger (which acts as the evaporator). The cooled air is then sent back into the room by the indoor fan.

The highly efficient and energy-saving scroll compressor is located outside the airflow path, allowing maintenance personnel to perform necessary repairs on the refrigeration cycle without shutting down the unit. The compressor is mounted on a rubber vibration-damping base to reduce noise and vibration.

The fan adopts a forward-curved multi-blade centrifugal double-suction impeller. The impeller has been dynamically balanced and has no noise or vibration during long-term operation to ensure a high air delivery effect. The belt pulley drive can flexibly change parameters such as unit air volume and external static pressure to match the actual project. The fan comes with a motor adjustment plate, which can easily adjust the belt tension.

The evaporator coil uses high-purity seamless internally threaded copper tubing and aluminum fins for airflow regulation. Mechanical expansion ensures a tight bond between the copper tubing and aluminum fins, maximizing heat transfer efficiency.
The aluminum fins undergo a hydrophilic treatment, effectively reducing the thickness of the condensate film during refrigeration, lowering the water film thermal resistance, and improving the coil's heat transfer efficiency.
