The operation of Hisurp water cooled screw chiller follows a mature and reliable four-step vapor compression refrigeration cycle, with stable and orderly overall operation.
a) The compression process: the high-precision screw compressor of the chiller sucks low-pressure and low-temperature refrigerant vapor from the evaporator, and the rotating screw structure continuously compresses the gas to form high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas, providing power for the subsequent heat exchange work.
b) The condensation process: the high-pressure refrigerant gas flows into the water-cooled condenser, and the circulating cooling water from the cooling tower fully absorbs the heat of the refrigerant, making the refrigerant rapidly condense into high-pressure liquid, and the heat is discharged out of the system along with the cooling water circulation.
c) The throttling and pressure reduction process: the condensed liquid refrigerant passes through the precision expansion valve, and the pressure drops sharply to form a low-temperature and low-pressure gas-liquid mixed refrigerant.
d) The evaporation and heat absorption process: the low-temperature refrigerant enters the evaporator, absorbs the heat of the circulating chilled water in the pipeline to cool the water, and the refrigerant vaporizes again and returns to the compressor to start a new refrigeration cycle, realizing continuous cooling output.

(2) The evaporator and condenser adopt high-efficiency shell-and-tube heat exchanger, equipped with famous brand expansion valve, filter drier and other refrigeration accessories to ensure excellent performance of the w hole machine.

(4) The components of the unit are optimally matched, and can be adjusted in multiple levels, which can bring about excellent energy-saving effects during partial loads and save users'maintenance and operating costs.
(1) Before packaging, quality control personnel inspect each item. Once no quality issues are found, a QC label is affixed. This ensures the goods are of good quality before packaging and shipment.
(2) During packaging, we assess the product's size and weight and select a suitable packaging method. Water cooled screw chiller is secured to the base frame with screws to prevent movement during transport. Foam, and bubble wrap are used for filling to prevent surface scratches caused by significant shaking during transport.
(3) If container shipping is chosen, we design a reasonable loading plan, communicating with the customer in advance. During on-site loading, we ensure full utilization of the container, using fumigated triangles to secure any empty space and prevent movement of the goods during transport
