Designed for the harsh operating environments of high-temperature and corrosive locations, HISURP crane air conditioners employ a nano-protective dip-coating process for corrosion protection of the unit's condenser, evaporator, and system piping. This ensures that the nano-anti-corrosion coating completely adheres to the metal surface, preventing corrosive gases from contacting it. The entire system piping is also treated with nano-anti-corrosion coating as a final step, extending the unit's service life.

Option 1: R134A -- For use in ultra-high-temperature environments not exceeding 75°C;
Option 2: R142B -- Standard; Not permitted in developed countries;
Option 3: R227EA -- For use in ultra-high-temperature environments not exceeding 90 degrees;
Option 4: R515B -- It is a blend of R134a and R227ea in a specific ratio. It was developed as an alternative to R134a.
Option 5: R236FA -- an alternative to R142b.

1. In order to ensure the unit’s performance of cooling and increase its service life, the requirements for its daily maintenance are as follows:
a) The return air screen for air-conditioner indoor unit should be cleaned periodically and washed by water once a week. After it is dried, it is remounted;
b) The surface of evaporator must be flushed by clean water or blown by air twice a month;
c) Condensed drainage tubes should be checked every month in order to prevent tubes from being stocked;
2. The input air is not cool perhaps for some reasons as follows:
a) When low pressure is lower than 0.06MPa and coolant is leaked slowly, coolant must be refilled;
b) When high pressure is higher than 2.0MPa, condenser has no good effect of heat exchanging, it is necessary to clean off dust accumulated on the surface;
c) In other cases, indoor filter screen or evaporator may be blocked, so they should be cleaned;
3. The microcomputer controller of the unit is an electronic device, so violate operation should be prevented.
4. When the unit has bad working conditions, the seal for junction box and control box in the unit should be examined periodically to prevent dust from entering or it from being wetted and eroded. The door of electric box should be ensured to be closed.
5. Operation should be carried out strictly in accordance with the instructions for installation and operation and no violate operation is allowed.
6. The unit must be maintained and then properly covered with protective cover when it is put aside for a long time.
7. When the indicator lamp for unit failure illuminates, section eight in this manual should be consulted to identify and record the failure and its possible type in order to report the information to repairman.
8. To remove any part from the unit during repair should be carried out by professional worker, or its performance will be not ensured after repair.
