Hisurp newest Indirect-direct Evaporative Cooler is suitable for ventilation and cooling of electrical cabinets in electrical rooms where the indoor temperature is ≤40℃ and condensation is not allowed.

Application

The Indirect-direct Evaporative Cooler is suitable for ventilation and cooling of various high-power electronic component systems such as fans, pumps, compressors, rolling mills, high-voltage frequency converters, rectifiers, transformers, and DC power transmission systems in large-scale mining plants, petrochemical plants, municipal water supply plants, metallurgical steel plants, and power energy industries.

How to Use

Solution A: Duct system

Duct system

1. The air duct is directly connected to the exhaust port on the cabinet top of the inverter, which improves the heat exchange efficiency of the cooling equipment and can directly cool down the heat discharged by the inverter.

2. The cooling water pipeline is distributed outside the high-voltage frequency conversion power distribution room to avoid the water leakage crisis when the cooling water pipeline leaks or breaks, and the high-voltage equipment operates safely, avoiding the occurrence of serious safety accidents.

3. In the design of the air-water cooling system, in order to prevent condensed water from being generated during the cooling process of the air-water cooling device, it is discharged into the room from the air outlet, and the air-water cooling system’s air outlet, wind speed, wind pressure and other indicators are designed. Calculation; under the condition of ensuring good pressure relief, make the equipment run safely and stably.

4. When the air-water cooling fails and shuts down, it can also automatically open the emergency air outlet to discharge hot air when there is no one there, so as to ensure the safe and normal operation of the inverter.

1. The whole electrical cabinet is built as a compartment, and the exhaust port on the top of the cabinet is directly connected to the compartment, and the air-water cooling unit cools down the hot air in the compartment.

2. The cooling water pipeline is distributed outside the high-voltage frequency conversion power distribution room to avoid the water leakage crisis when the cooling water pipeline leaks or breaks, and the high-voltage equipment operates safely, avoiding the occurrence of serious safety accidents.

3.
