Based on the principle of evaporative cooling, this Hisurp advanced Air Cooled Heat Exchanger rapidly cools the air inside the greenhouse by absorbing heat through water evaporation, while also providing ventilation and humidification. It is one of the core pieces of equipment for controlling the greenhouse environment in summer.
Air Cooled Heat Exchanger, made in China, by Hisurp, can provide advanced temperature control and air circulation in
flower gardening, greenhouse, vegetable nursery planting, animal husbandry and aquaculture, workshop and factory.
Features
Anti-corrosion
The fan fixing plate and water pan are made of galvanized sheet with plastic spraying treatment, which is beautiful and
anti-corrosive
Highly effective
The heat exchanger process is reasonably designed, adopting copper tube and hydrophilic corrugated aluminium fin
structure, mechanical rise tube, high heat exchange efficiency

Installation Precautions
(1) The Air Cooled Heat Exchanger needs to be installed by a professional who is familiar with similar products and understands the relevant local regulations;
(2) Once the Air Cooled Heat Exchanger is in position, it should be fixed securely and it should be kept level;
(3) When connecting the inlet and outlet pipes, it is recommended to use a spare pipe with a torque of no more than 205.6Nm to avoid twisting and leaking;
(4) Before wiring, check whether the voltage, frequency and number of phases of the power supply are consistent with the requirements of the unit, and the deviation of the power supply voltage is not more than 10% of the rated voltage. The voltage deviation of the power supply should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage;
