Hisurp Combined AHU is one of the core devices in an advanced central air conditioning system, used for centralized air processing and transportation, including functions such as filtration, cooling, heating, humidification, dehumidification and air supply, and is widely used in industrial and commercial buildings.
Medicine, electronics, textiles, tobacco, food, chemicals projects with special requirements
etc.
Casing
Combined AHU’s enclosure panels are filled with high-pressure polyurethane foam. A newly patented, tongue-and-groove,
press-fit type forced-seal frame profile, along with the inner and outer steel plates, forms a unified whole through
high-density polyurethane foam, ensuring the enclosure's insulation performance and strength. The use of plastic
profiles also effectively prevents cold bridging caused by the profiles' own thermal conductivity. After assembly, the
enclosure panels form the unit's outer frame, while the connecting steel profiles form the inner frame. This
double-frame structure further enhances the enclosure's strength.
Types
Based on the different panel thicknesses, Combined AHU can generally be classified as follows:
Panel Thickness (mm)
Air Volume (m³/h)
Total Pressure (Pa)
25
Less than 40000
Less than 1000
35
Less than 80000
1000~1400
50
More than 40000
Less than 2000
Features
Modular Design, Flexible Model Selection
The Combined AHUs adopt a standard modular design. The width and height of the unit increase proportionally according to
the module to adapt to site requirements for width and height.
Patented Structure, Superior Quality
The Combined AHU uses a direct panel assembly structure. The panel frame features a patented design; the interlocking,
forced-seal frame profile is integrated with the inner and outer steel plates of the casing through high-density
polyurethane foam, ensuring the insulation performance and strength of the casing.
Each functional section of the unit is equipped with outward-opening negative pressure access doors and inward-opening
positive pressure access doors, ensuring no cold bridges or air leakage in either positive or negative pressure
sections.
Smooth Internal Surface, Suitable for Cleanrooms
The patented structure results in a smooth and flat internal surface, preventing dust accumulation and secondary
pollution, making it suitable for cleanroom applications.
Use and Maintenance
Before each Combined AHU operation, check all valves in the water and air ducts and ensure they are in normal operating condition.
Regularly check the connections, operation, and transmission of moving parts such as the fan and motor, and adjust them promptly.
The pre-filter should be cleaned with clean water or detergent according to the degree of fouling. The frequency of cleaning depends on the environment in which it is used.
The medium-efficiency filter should be cleaned or replaced when its resistance rises to twice its initial resistance.
When the Combined AHU is not in use during winter, drain the water from the coils. If the unit continues to operate during winter and needs to be shut down, the water in the coils must be kept continuously flowing, and the fresh air valve must be closed to prevent the coils from freezing. For long-term shutdowns, drain the water from the coils.
Cold and hot water should be clean, softened water. Every two years, the scale inside the coils should be removed chemically, and the dirt on the fin surface should be cleaned with compressed air or water. The water pan and water seal elbows should also be cleaned.
The lubrication of the fan bearings and the tension of the belts should be checked regularly.
