1. All structural air conditioning units should be installed on a level foundation.
2. Sufficient space should be left around the unit, especially on the side of the piping and the access
door to the fan and motor, to facilitate daily inspection and periodic maintenance.
3. A water seal must be connected to the condensate outlet before connecting it to the external piping.
4. When connecting the inlet and outlet pipes of the coil, apply force evenly and avoid excessive force
to prevent damage to the coil.
5. The standard power supply for the air conditioning unit is a three-phase five-wire, 380V, 50Hz AC
power supply. Before connecting the power supply to the unit, check whether the voltage meets the
requirements, whether there is a missing phase, and whether the three phases are balanced. After connecting
the power supply, start the motor briefly to check whether the fan rotation is correct.
6. The air conditioning unit motor should be connected to a power supply with overload protection.
7. A flexible connection should be used between the air conditioning unit and the external ductwork to
avoid the transmission of vibration.
8. Ensure that the exhaust air from the outdoor unit does not flow back (i.e., prevent exhaust short
circuits) and that the unit's air outlet is unobstructed.
9. The outdoor unit's installation location must be free from the influence of garbage, oil, and
corrosive gases.
