Packing & Delivery

Multiple packaging options are available: film packaging/plywood case/fumigated solid wood packaging (all include wooden pallets).

To ensure goods arrive at the customer's hands intact, we take the following measures:

1. Before packaging, our quality department personnel will inspect each item. Once no quality issues are found, a QC label will be affixed. This ensures the goods are of good quality before shipment.
2. During packaging, we will assess the product's dimensions and weight and select a suitable packaging method. The unit will be secured to the base frame with screws to prevent movement during transport. Cardboard boxes, foam, and bubble wrap will be used for filling to prevent surface scratches caused by significant shaking during transport.
3. If container shipping is chosen, we will design a reasonable container loading plan, communicate with the customer in advance, and ensure full utilization of the container during on-site loading. Empty spaces will be secured with fumigated triangles to prevent movement during transport.

If logistics shipping is chosen, Hisurp has a dedicated logistics team providing one-stop tracking service, allowing real-time tracking of the goods' status.
