Industrial Packaged Air Conditioners are divided into three main categories: direct air supply type, top air supply with
front return air type, and top air supply with rear return air type. To meet the needs of different working environments
or usage locations, the units are further divided into single-cooling type, cold air electric heating type, cold air
steam coil type, and cold air hot water coil type for users to choose from. With a wide variety of models and a broad
cooling capacity range, they can meet the air conditioning needs of various commercial spaces and industrial
applications.
Direct Air Supply Type
The direct air supply type Industrial Packaged Air Conditioner uses bidirectional louvered airflow, resulting in long
air delivery distance and large air volume. It features a small size, attractive appearance, and simple and flexible
application, reducing the amount of decoration and installation work for users. It is suitable for localized air
conditioning in small to medium-sized spaces.
Top Air Supply Type
The top air supply type Industrial Packaged Air Conditioner uses ducted air delivery. Users can flexibly choose the air
supply method and rationally arrange the number of air outlets according to the space conditions and usage needs,
meeting the needs of centralized management and balanced temperature control in large spaces.
The return air system is further divided into two types: front return air type, suitable for direct return air in large,
independent spaces, eliminating the need for return air ducts and a machine room; and rear return air type, suitable for
centralized supply and return air conditioning in multiple independent spaces, requiring the installation of return air
ducts for each space and a machine room for the unit.
Installation & Maintenance
For water cooled type, outdoor unit
Water-cooled Industrial Packaged Air Conditioners require a cooling water flow rate of no less than 70% of the nominal
value. A pressure differential flow switch shall be installed to prevent flow interruption, ensuring stable system
operation.
Copper connection
Copper tubing connections must be phosphoric acid cleaned and nitrogen-shielded welded. Horizontal piping shall have a
gradient of ≥1% towards the compressor. For externally mounted units, an oil return bend shall be installed every 6
metres to ensure unimpeded oil return.
Clean the nylon filter screen quarterly and use a soft-bristled brush to clear the fins every six months. Avoid
directing high-pressure water directly at the electrical control box to ensure the equipment's long-term stable
operation.
