Hisurp Industrial Water Chiller use an advanced refrigeration cycle to remove heat from the object being cooled (equipment or process medium) and release it into the environment through a condensation system, thereby achieving continuous cooling.

Working Principle

The working principle of an advanced industrial water chiller is based on the vapor compression refrigeration cycle, mainly including four processes:

  • Compression: The compressor compresses the low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas.
  • Condensation: Heat is released in the condenser, turning it into a high-pressure liquid.
  • Throttling: Pressure and temperature are reduced through the expansion valve.
  • Evaporation: Heat is absorbed in the evaporator, achieving cooling.

Simply put: "Transferring heat from the process side to the environment side."
