Principle of Nitrogen-controlled Atmosphere Storage Grain Cooling Unit

High-concentration nitrogen gas is separated from the air and supplied to a properly sealed grain silo via pipelines. This displaces oxygen within the grain pile, maintaining a high nitrogen concentration over a long period. This creates an environment unfavorable to the growth and reproduction of pests and mold, weakening the grain's own respiration and metabolism. This achieves the goals of physical control of pests and mold, delaying grain quality deterioration, and inhibiting heat generation and mold growth, ensuring safe grain storage. This green and environmentally friendly grain pest control technology can achieve aluminum phosphide fumigation-free storage, avoiding both employee exposure to toxic gases and the absorption of fumigation gases by the grain. It plays a positive role in maintaining grain quality and reducing air pollution.

Features

Features a high-sealing design; after nitrogen charging to 500Pa, the pressure drop after 24 hours is guaranteed to be less than 250Pa.
The evaporator side of the unit uses a PVC shell, with an inner fully welded sealed shell ensuring excellent sealing. A rubber-plastic insulation layer is applied to the outer wall of the inner shell for good insulation properties. The outer shell is made of stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and aging resistance. The unit is equipped with an inspection port sealed with a flange structure and rubber gasket.
For the sealing of connecting pipes and electrical wires, epoxy resin is introduced into the sealing box after the pipes and wires are connected for sealing and isolation. This is our patented technology ensuring a level of sealing unmatched by ordinary air conditioners.
The Grain Cooling Unit's air inlet and outlet interfaces use flange connections, enhancing the overall sealing performance of the unit.
