1.Basic performance parameters

Parameter Description
Cooling Capacity • Unit: kW/RT (refrigeration ton, 1 RT ≈ 3.517 kW)
• Range: Small (<100 kW), Medium (100-1000 kW), Large (>1000 kW)
Coefficient of Performance(COP) • Formula: COP = Cooling capacity (kW) / Input power (kW)
• Typical value: 3.0~6.0 (depending on the model and working conditions)
Integrated Part Load Value Reflects the comprehensive energy efficiency under variable working conditions (such as IPLV ≥ 5.0)

 

2.Operating parameters

Components Parameter
Evaporator • Chilled water flow rate (m³/h): calculated based on cooling capacity and temperature difference (usually ΔT=5°C)
• Evaporation temperature: 2~10°C (direct expansion type) or 5~12°C (chilled water type)
Condenser • Cooling water flow (m³/h): depends on condensation heat and temperature difference (usually ΔT=5℃)
• Condensation temperature: 30~45℃ (air cooling or water cooling)
Compressor type Centrifugal, screw, scroll, piston compressors (each type is suitable for different cooling capacity ranges)

High/Low Pressure Determined by refrigerant type (such as R134a, R410A, R22 substitute)
