Oil Cooler

Hisurp advanced Oil Coolers are primarily designed for cooling liquids. They are used in various equipment and devices that require reducing and maintaining the temperature of lubricating oil or hydraulic oil, such as precision grinding machines, CNC machine tools, machining centers, and hydrostatic bearings.

Types

There are various types of industrial Oil Coolers available, ranging from air-cooled to water-cooled systems, depending on the specific requirements of the machinery being cooled. Air-cooled systems are typically more compact and easier to install, while water-cooled systems offer superior cooling performance in high-temperature environments.

Working Principle

Oil Coolers work by circulating liquid coolant through a heat exchanger that absorbs heat from the machinery. The coolant is then chilled using a refrigeration cycle and pumped back into the machinery to maintain the desired temperature. The temperature of the coolant can be adjusted, ensuring that machinery operates within a safe and effective temperature range.

Cooling Mode

Directly set the desired oil temperature, independent of ambient temperature. Setting range: 20–55℃.

When the oil temperature is greater than or equal to "set cooling temperature + temperature hysteresis", the compressor starts after a delay (starting method is the same as differential temperature control). When the oil temperature is less than or equal to "set cooling temperature - temperature hysteresis", the compressor stops.

Differential Temperature Mode

The oil temperature maintains a certain temperature difference with the ambient temperature. When the temperature deviation is set to T℃, the actual oil temperature is controlled at the ambient temperature plus T℃.

When the ambient temperature rises (falls), the oil temperature also rises (falls), but the temperature difference between the oil and ambient temperatures remains at T℃. This mode is the optimal control method for cooling and lubricating the spindle.
