For air conditioning units requiring year-round cooling, a condensing pressure controller is added to the refrigeration and control systems. This controller continuously monitors system characteristics and controls the start and stop of the condensing fan, ensuring the refrigeration system operates within a reasonable range and guaranteeing reliable operation at low temperatures. Additionally, outdoor fresh air can be introduced for energy-saving cooling during low-temperature periods.
The Air Cooled Air Conditioner can achieve year-round cooling operation within an ultra-wide ambient temperature range (-15℃ to 65℃), better meeting the needs of various electrical control rooms.
Unit-type air-cooled cabinet air conditioners are divided into four main categories: direct air supply, top air supply with front return air, top air supply with rear return air, and jet air outlet. To meet the needs of different working environments or usage locations, the units are further divided into heat pump type, heat pump with electric auxiliary heating type, cold air with electric heating type, cold air and hot water coil type, 100% fresh air type, and single-cooling type units for users to choose from. With a wide variety of models and a broad cooling capacity range, they can meet the air conditioning needs of various commercial spaces and special industrial applications.
Standard compressor configurations feature Daikin and Panasonic scroll units, with optional Emerson Copeland models available, ensuring the reliability and performance of core components.
The evaporator employs internally threaded copper tubing wrapped in hydrophilic-coated aluminium fins, with louvered fin profiles enhancing the heat transfer coefficient to improve refrigeration efficiency.
Water-cooled condensers are available in two configurations: flooded high-efficiency tanks and dry shell-and-tube units, offering customers diverse options.
The computer board employs Huzhou Defu industrial-grade MCUs, featuring built-in phase sequence, phase loss, high/low voltage, exhaust temperature, and sensor fault detection. An optional RS485 interface supports the Modbus-RTU protocol.
Electrical components are standard-fitted with LS Electric contactors and thermal relays, with optional ABB or Schneider alternatives, ensuring the safety and reliability of the electrical system.
High and low-pressure switches utilise Changzhou Manqiwei units, with operating pressure adjustable on-site. Low-temperature models incorporate additional Sagami condensing pressure controllers to enable fan speed regulation.
