Unique Anti-corrosion Technology, Stable Operation

The T3 Air-cooled Air conditioner's sheet metal parts are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, coated with epoxy powder and baked at high temperature for anti-corrosion treatment. The system piping is bent and welded, and all exposed parts are coated with epoxy resin anti-corrosion paint. Welded parts are also treated with anti-corrosion measures. All unit control electrical components are installed in an indoor control box, avoiding damage from harsh outdoor environments such as rain, dust, and high temperatures, resulting in a very high level of safety, stability, and reliability.

Customizable Cooling Capacity from 8KW to 210KW

The T3 Air-cooled Air conditioner can be equipped with R22, R407C, R410A, R134A, or R142B refrigerants to suit different application scenarios, with cooling capacities ranging from 8KW (3P) to 210KW (84P).

Microcomputer Control

The T3 Air-cooled Air conditioner feature user-friendly microcomputer control, a large LCD display, an RS-485 communication interface, and three operating modes: ventilation, cooling, and heating. They also include timer on/off functionality, power-off memory, and a real-time clock display. Optimized control logic, a carefully designed full-code query and prompt function for operating data and fault alarms ensure ease of use. The units have multiple protection functions to ensure safe and worry-free operation.

Installation & Maintenance

For air cooled type, outdoor unit

Ensure a minimum clearance of 500mm at the rear of the air-cooled outdoor unit for air intake, and a minimum clearance of 1000mm at the top for the exhaust vent, to guarantee effective heat dissipation.

Copper connection

Copper tubing connections must be phosphoric acid cleaned and nitrogen-shielded welded. Horizontal piping shall have a gradient of ≥1% towards the compressor. For externally mounted units, an oil return bend shall be installed every 6 metres to ensure unimpeded oil return.
