01 Compressor system

Hisurp Modular Chiller adopts INVOTHCH / DAIKIN / COPELAND brand compressors, to insure the quality of components. Besides that, there are also high and low pressure partitions, low noise floating valves, PPS resin sealing rings, high performance PTFE bearing with immersion etc., to make sure this modular chiller is environmental friendly durable and reliable, with long service life and low running costs.

02 Casing, tubular steel casing, shell & tube system

For heat exchanger on water side: it has high heat transfer coefficient and energy saving effect.

  • When cooling, the water-side heat exchanger is the evaporator for absorbing cold energy, and the wind-side heat exchanger is the condenser.
  • When heating, the water-side heat exchanger is a condenser for absorbing heat energy, and the wind-side heat exchanger is the evaporator.
  • Using the efficient heat exchange copper pipe, the frozen water flows outside of heat exchanger pipe on water side, and the refrigerant flows inside pipe of the heat exchanger on water side.
  • New design, the water quality requirements are not too strict not easy to form dirty blocking, ice blocking.
  • Excellent performance, withstand pressure and vibration resistance, not easy to deformation, etc.


03 Air-side heat exchanger

  • The high quality (hydrophilic) aluminum foil is stamped with a full set of imported stamping line, and which is tightly combined with high efficiency heat exchange copper pipe through mechanical expansion machine or hydraulic expansion, and through strict pressure leakage test, to ensure the product's excellent heat exchange performance and high sealing.
  • V-type wind side heat exchanger is often used in the air cooling module unit with uniform ventilation and clean and thorough defrosting in winter.

04 Unique sub-cooling circuits

The finned heat exchanger has a unique sub-cooling circuit at the bottom.
It increases the sub-cooling of the refrigerant and improves the cooling efficiency in summer when the bottom of the unit freezes in a normal heat exchanger. In winter, a warm floor is laid on the bottom of the outdoor heat exchanger to allow the condensate to flow properly. Effectively reducing defrost time and providing heating efficiency.

05 Fully automatic control
