Split Type Air Cooled Scroll Chiller

Hisurp Split Type Air Cooled Scroll Chillers are advanced central air conditioning equipment that separates the compressor/condenser section from the water-side heat exchange section. They typically consist of two parts: an outdoor unit (compressor + air-cooled condenser) and an indoor unit (water-cooled evaporator or water module). These two parts are connected via refrigerant piping to form a complete refrigeration or heat pump system, providing chilled or hot water to the air conditioning system.

The customized split-type structure of Split Type Air Cooled Scroll Chiller gives the unit greater flexibility in engineering applications. The outdoor unit can be installed on the roof or outdoor equipment platform, while the indoor unit can be placed in the equipment room or electrical room, effectively reducing indoor noise and saving installation space. At the same time, the split-type design also facilitates the transportation and on-site installation of large equipment, making it suitable for air conditioning systems in commercial buildings, industrial plants, data centers, power and communication equipment rooms, and other locations.

Aesthetics

The Split Type Air Cooled Scroll Chiller features a slim design with a standard sheet metal frame panel structure. It uses brand-name galvanized steel sheets with electrostatic coating, providing strong corrosion and rust resistance for outdoor use, eliminating the need for a dedicated machine room. This unit replaces the traditional split-type air conditioning units that clutter exterior walls and require drilling; only one main unit is needed, with fan coil units used indoors to complement the interior design, creating a more harmonious and elegant look.

Quiet Operation

The entire air conditioning system uses a completely separate main unit and terminal units, ensuring a quiet living and working environment. Only the minimal sound of the supply fan is heard indoors; the outdoor unit's operation is completely inaudible.

Flexibility

Modular design allows for free combination. The outdoor cooling unit can be freely combined between modules according to user requirements and the size of the area to be air-conditioned. The inlet and outlet water pipes of the air-cooled modular unit can be arranged on the left or right sides or the rear, offering customers a choice.

Remote control

The operation panel on the main module can be moved to the control room to realize remote control, with a maximum distance of 1000 meters. It can also be equipped with RS-485 and RS-232 physical interfaces, which can realize group control of multiple host units, and can also communicate with various intelligent devices with open communication protocols.
