The indoor system eliminates the need for Freon systems, utilizing chilled water cooling. This results in a small temperature difference in the supplied air and a large air volume, ensuring even room temperature distribution and maintaining relative humidity between 40% and 70%, promoting better health. Starting, stopping, setting, and controlling the temperature of the indoor fan coil units in any room is as simple as pressing a button. The fully automatic control of the main unit's microcomputer allows for seamless switching between on/off, cooling, and heating, requiring no professional management personnel.
The Villa Chiller boasts comprehensive protection functions, including a self-diagnostic system that automatically balances compressor wear. During heating operation, it automatically detects fin frost based on actual operating conditions and defrosts promptly and quickly, minimizing indoor temperature fluctuations and preventing the fan coil units from blowing cold air into the room during defrosting. The unit is equipped with multiple protection functions, including high/low pressure protection, water shortage protection, freeze protection, overheat protection, phase loss protection, under-voltage protection, and overload protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation and a longer service life.
During packaging, we assess the product's size and weight and select a suitable packaging method. The unit is secured to the base frame with screws to prevent movement during transport. Cardboard boxes, foam, and bubble wrap are used for filling to prevent surface scratches caused by significant shaking during transport.
If container shipping is chosen, we design a reasonable loading plan, communicating with the customer in advance. During on-site loading, we ensure full utilization of the container, using fumigated triangles to secure any empty space and prevent movement of the goods during transport.
